Hi, i'M KIM!
I'm a furniture artist living in Knoxville, TN, and I am the owner and founder of Furniture Restyled By Kim. I take furniture that is old/outdated and in need of some love, and I make it into one-of-a-kind work of art.

How I Got STARTED
In 2019, the company I was working for closed its doors, and I took up a hobby to help fill my new free schedule. I began the task of redoing my bedroom furniture as it was showing wear and looked outdated. I started researching how to restyle furniture and watched videos to help me master the technique. Once the project was finished, the sense of accomplishment and pride in the quality of my first restyle inspired me to continue restyling furniture for others. Since 2020, I have kept my eyes open for old furniture being thrown away or sold at low prices and helping give them a second chance to be beautiful.
Plans for the FUTURE
While Furniture Restyled By Kim is only two years old, I have many plans for the future. Soon I will have a blog to highlight the transformation each piece of furniture has undergone, give any helpful advice on how to care or quickly update furniture on a budget, and more! I will also be working on setting up occasional classes to help you get inspired to restyle your own furniture!
